Bethany's First Visit to the Pool

Aunt Amanda's new apartment complex has a pool, so on Monday we took Bethany for the first time.

Here she is practicing before we left.

Her reaction to swimming was nothing. She seemed pretty indifferent to being in the pool. I think she was kind of sleepy. Hopefully next time she'll enjoy it a little bit more.

Sleeping with Style

Bethany has taken to some rather unusual sleeping positions lately. Of course I have to take pictures of them. Enjoy.

I can't see how this would be comfortable, but it must have been.

I thought she was so cute with her little feet crossed.

This picture must be prefaced with her attempts to roll over. For days she was teasing us and just rolling from her back to her side. She would get so close to going all the way over but would always flop back onto her back. Well the other day I went to check on her after she had went to bed and found her like this:

I couldn't believe she finally rolled to her belly in her crib where no one could see her. Who knows what she does in there. By the way, she went to bed with on her back with her head at the other end.

She has taken to sucking on her big toe. Forget the pacifier. Just give her a toe.
